Much like its campus, CERN is an institution far too intricate to be interpreted as mere colloquial moniker. Housed within its humble walls and far below its scenic and unassuming landscape exists a multinational congregation comprised of some of the most brilliant scientific minds ever imparted by humanity’s past, present - and future. The campus fosters intellectual pursuit rather than aesthetic ambition. This project seeks to address the complex and evolving needs of its users: researchers, physicists, and engineers  while minimizing any obtrusive intervention or displacement of the surrounding community. How can a structure built to serve the highly-digitized technical realm of particle acceleration exist harmoniously within its seemingly untouched natural terrain?
